Accommodation

General
The house was completely renovated in 2004 and includes the latest alarm system with 24hr alarm monitoring service. Cleaning sesrvice is provided and linen is supplied (does not include towels).

Bedrooms
There are 3 double bedrooms - all have built-in wardrobes.

• Bedroom 1 - King-size bed with en-suite
• Bedroom 2 - 2 X single beds
• Bedroom 3 - 2 X single beds

Bathrooms
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and, in addition, there is a large bathroom.

• En-suite - full bath, toilet and wash-hand basin
• Family bathroom - full bath, separate shower, toilet and wash-hand basin

Kitchen (with laundry facilities)
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer.

Living/Dining
The dining/lounge room is spacious and open plan, with plenty of comfortable seating. The dining table seats 8 people and the lounge includes a stereo unit and TV (just bring own multi choice card).

Outside
Patio doors lead out from dining area onto a very spacious sheltered patio which houses a large table and benches. There is both a gas and wood burning BBQ for outside entertaining. The garden is walled to the rear with outside shower and clothes hanging facilities.
